Format overview
Master allocation sheet layout
Every sheet is landscape A4, folded to A5 for envelope storage. The left column lists verified balances; the right column lists seed phrase indices and derivation paths. A header row identifies the holder reference, audit date, and networks covered.
Colour is never used for security markings—only black ink and gold accent lines on headers. This ensures copies remain legible after decades in storage.

Full two-column layout with all address groups, balances, and path notation. Stored at your primary documentation location.
Sealed duplicate
Identical copy in tamper-evident envelope for off-site storage. Signed at handover.
Address index card
Compact laminated reference listing seed-to-device mapping without balance figures.
Blank templates
Our cold storage documentation package includes blank side-by-side templates for holders who want to build their own sheets. Templates match the audit format so you can add verified rows after a future audit session.
