Contact inquiries: Name, email address, message content, selected service, and preferred appointment date when you submit our contact form.
Service engagements: Device types, network lists, and address group counts discussed during intake. We do not collect or store seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords.
Website usage: Essential cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. How we use data
- Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments
- Prepare documentation packages and audit scope estimates
- Deliver services you have booked
- Comply with legal obligations in South Korea

Printed allocation sheets handed to you are yours; we retain no copies unless you explicitly request us to store a sealed duplicate at our office (rare, by separate agreement).

Our primary operations are in South Korea. Email communication may transit international servers of our email provider. We select providers with appropriate security measures.
