Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026

Overview

This policy covers refunds for allocation audits, documentation packages, and workshops booked with Desktop Havenfield Co. Pricing displayed on this website is informational; payment terms are confirmed at booking.

Workshop registrations

Full refund: Cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled session date.
50% refund: Cancel 3–6 days before the session.
No refund: Cancel fewer than 3 days before the session or no-show.
Transfer: You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge if you notify us before the session.

Documentation packages

Before preparation begins: Full refund if you cancel before we start preparing your kit (typically within 24 hours of payment).
After preparation begins: No refund. Materials are customised to your device list.
Delivery issues: If domestic mail is lost, we reprint and reship at no charge.

Allocation audits

Before intake call: Full refund of any deposit paid.
After intake, before office session: 80% refund of deposit if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Within 48 hours of session: Deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
After session begins: No refund. If you leave mid-session due to circumstances beyond our control, we provide partial documentation for work completed and charge proportionally.
After handover: No refund. You verify sheets before accepting final documents.

Deposits

Audit deposits are 30% of the quoted scope price. Deposits are applied to the final balance due at handover. Deposits are non-refundable under the cancellation windows described above.

Non-refundable items

• Completed printed allocation sheets and sealed duplicates
• Workshop materials distributed during sessions
• Rush scheduling surcharges if the session proceeded on the requested date
• Postage for documentation packages already shipped

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers to South Korean accounts typically arrive within 3 business days after processing.

Cancellation by Desktop Havenfield

If we cancel a workshop or must reschedule your audit due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling at your choice.
