Terms governing use of the Desktop Havenfield website and allocation documentation services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing desktop-havenfield.click or engaging Desktop Havenfield Co. for allocation documentation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services described

Desktop Havenfield provides offline wallet allocation documentation, including multi-chain allocation audits, cold storage documentation packages, and allocation sheet workshops. Services are delivered in person at our Daegu office or via physical delivery of documentation materials within South Korea.

3. No financial services

Our services produce documentation and educational materials. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, custody, trading execution, or tax preparation. See our Not Financial Advice page.

4. Intellectual property

Website content, allocation sheet templates, and workshop materials are owned by Desktop Havenfield Co. You may use templates purchased or received as part of a service for personal documentation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our templates or audit formats without written permission.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Bringing accurate information and complete device access to audit sessions
  • Maintaining the security of your seed phrases and hardware wallets
  • Verifying printed allocation sheets before accepting handover
  • Storing documentation according to your own security preferences

We never request digital copies of seed phrases or private keys.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, Desktop Havenfield Co. is not liable for:

  • Loss of assets due to client device failure, lost seed phrases, or third-party attacks
  • Errors in client-provided export files or handwritten records
  • Decisions you make based on documentation we produce
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability for any claim arising from a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

7. Website use

You may not use this website to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content for commercial republication. Informational pricing on this site is not a binding offer.

This website may link to external resources including the Microsoft Store. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, South Korea.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
